2014 Grant winners

2014
 Garapa (São Paulo/SP – 2008) is a photography collective formed by journalists and visual artists Leo Caobelli (Pelotas/RS – 1980), Paulo Fehlauer (Mal. Candido Rondon/PR – 1982) and Rodrigo Marcondes (São Paulo/SP) – 1979. Their works take advantage of multiple formats and approaches to produce visual narratives and develop the image and the documentary style as hybrid fields of work. Their project Postcards to Charles Lynch was contemplated with the 2014 ZUM/IMS Photography Grant.

Helena Martins-Costa (Porto Alegre/RS – 1969) is a visual artist, bachelor in photography by UFRGS Art Institute and master in visual poetics by ECA-USP. Her work rescues discarded images that survived oblivion e, through a photographic archaeological process, identify tipologies. Her project Diversion was contemplated with the 2014 ZUM/IMS Photography Grant.
